User Agreement / End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement governs access to and use of the Sprayfunds application globally. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Abide by local and international laws.
• Use Sprayfunds for legitimate personal or organizational gifting purposes only.
• Not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
• Accept the limited, non-transferable license offered by Sprayfunds.

Global Data Protection and Privacy Compliance Policy (GDPR/NDPR/etc.)

We uphold international privacy standards, including GDPR (EU), NDPR (Nigeria), and other applicable national laws.

• Users are informed and provide consent before data is collected or processed.
• Personal data is encrypted and stored securely.
• Users may request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of their data.
• We conduct regular audits and data privacy impact assessments.

KYC / AML Compliance Policy (Global)

Sprayfunds complies with FATF recommendations and global anti-money laundering protocols.

• We may request official identification for certain users or transactions.
• Cash payments are strictly prohibited and cannot be converted to digital spray funds.
• Transactions are monitored in real-time and anomalies are flagged.

Event Organizer Agreement

Organizers using Sprayfunds agree to the following terms:

• They shall not allow physical currency spraying.
• They shall ensure guests use only the official Sprayfunds channels.
• They agree to a 10% commission on total funds collected through the platform.
• They are responsible for all content and disclaimers presented during the event.

Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

• All wallet funding and sprays are final and non-refundable.
• Any user dispute must be raised within 7 business days.
• Investigations will be concluded within 14 business days.
• If resolved in favor of the user, a credit (not cash) may be issued.

Content & Usage Policy

Users must refrain from uploading or promoting illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

• We prohibit hate speech, harassment, impersonation, and fraudulent activity.
• Content moderation tools (AI and human) are active across the platform.
• Repeat offenders will be permanently banned and reported to local authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Sprayfunds platform, including but not limited to its source code, architecture, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, digital spray animations, and proprietary algorithms, are exclusively owned by Sprayfunds and are protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
• Using Sprayfunds’ brand elements in any manner that misrepresents affiliation or implies endorsement.
• Developing derivative works based on Sprayfunds’ software or user interface.
